My brother wanted to surprise his girlfriend with a great 21st bday cake. It so happens to be that she's a huge "Lord of the rings" fan. So of course the cake had to follow that theme.
He chose the book design for the cake. It was my first time making a book cake so I was thrilled to do it.
The only thing I regret is not putting enough detail but for my first time not too bad if I say so myself ;). I do cakes for fun it's my hobby. I hope with time I'll master the art of baking and decorating.
