Semi Homemade Chicken Potpie Cupcakes by mommybakesnj

Chicken Potpie Cupcake
Ingredients:
1 whole precooked chicken (shredded)
1 can cream of mushroom
1 cup milk
1 can of chicken broth
1 bag frozen mixed veggies
1 can of Pillsbury corn biscuit
1 garlic clove 
1/2 onion chopped
Oil


Directions:
Add oil to large pot when warm added onions and garlic. When soften added chicken broth. As it heats up add the veggies and chicken. Then add cream of mushroom with milk. Mix well and let it cook till thickened.
Now work on expanding the biscuit, do it so it fits the cupcake pan.
Adjust biscuit in tin till it covers the bottom completely.
Then added your mix to on top of the biscuit.
The label on the biscuit said to cook for a minimum of 14 minutes at 350 degrees but my oven cooks quick and mine were done at 11 minutes. Definitely keep an eye on it ;) and enjoy!
